
4 oz. cream cheese (1/2 package)
4 eggs
⅓ cup heavy cream
¼ cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
1 Tablespoon chives
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
4 cups mozzarella cheese
½ cup pizza sauce
Any pizza toppings of your choice:
- pepperoni
- canadian bacon
- ground beef, cooked and drained
- onion
- bell peppers
- mushrooms
- black olives
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand 5 minutes. Spread on pizza sauce. Sprinkle 2 cups mozzarella cheese and pile high with the toppings of your choice. Bake until bubbly and browning.
Serves six (unless you have teenagers!).
