How Many Servings Do You Need Every Day?

fruits and veggiesChildren two to six years old as well as women who are not very active - 5 servings: 2 fruits, 3 vegetables

Older children, teen girls and men who are not very active - 7 servings: 3 fruits, 4 vegetables

Teen boys and active men and women - 9 servings: 4 fruits, 5 vegetables
