Maybe you're tired of being sick and tired. You've tried every known diet. Even during those periods in your life when you've managed to lose weight, you've never transitioned to changing your lifestyle. As a result, obesity, lack of energy and poor health come back - only worse.
A continued focus on weight loss will likely lead to failure. Instead, focus on health and fitness, and the weight loss will take care of itself. You'll also be free from being a slave to what you eat.
The main issue, though, is not what to do, but how to do it. You can learn more by reading, Did the Surgeon General Get It Wrong About Weight? If you don't want clogged arteries, high blood pressure, hot flashes, digestive problems, constipation, diabetes, arthritis, bad skin, fatigue or depression, then this free report is for you.

Good information Paul. Thanks and I will share it with my fatigue busting women (and men!)
About losing weight ... The best lbs that I have ever lost were the 7 lbs that dropped off of me when I started walking dogs just one afternoon a week at my SPCA.
A critical part of being healthy is finding joyful opportunities to live well. Joy and fatigue - joy and obesity - joy and low self-esteem ... See they just don't mix.
I encourage everyone to add mega joy into their diet by finding an opportunity to give that is their perfect fit. Caveat. I say give not give-it-all-away. My 3-4 hours with the dogs every week is good for them and good for me. Start small and be regular. That's the winning combination.
Thanks for letting me share!
