Do Your Vitamins End Up in Your Septic Tank?

When it comes to nutrition and your health: "Absorption is the key to everything. How much you swallow means very, very little.

Dr. Jonathan Wright was informed by a patient who was a septic tank cleaner that many septic tanks of 'pill-poppers' have layers of pills at the bottom, a clear example of taking something that went on through and was never absorbed."

It's very difficult for your body to use synthetic supplements created in a laboratory and manufactured in a factory. As little as 4 to 10 percent is absorbed by the body, with the rest passing through the kidneys, making expensive urine.

What matters is how well your body absorbs the nutrients into the bloodstream. It's not what's in your vitamins – it's what vitamins end up in you. This separates a good supplement from the grocery store cheapies.

"Your body is not designed to take synthetic (man-made) vitamins, regards them as toxins, and attempts to eliminate them as rapidly as possible. Thus they act like stimulants, hasten the aging process, rob your body of energy, water, and provide expensive color to your urine." - Dr. Joel R Robbins, M.D.

So how do you know if a vitamin or multivitamin is synthetic? Use the information in this report, "Are Your Vitamins Safe?" to find out.
